DMCA Policy

War Machine Movie Review ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly address notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on War Machine Movie Review infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the War Machine Movie Review website, including the specific URL(s) of the infringing material.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which War Machine Movie Review may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
